Chatty is such a funny town.

McCain completely blows the wind out of Obama's sails today with his ridiculous VP choice and the local news opens with a story on the "Kreme House" in Ooltewah shutting down. Seriously. Gotta love the "news" in Chattanooga.

So, yeah. I feel kind of sorry for that woman. How can she ever respect herself when she was only picked to try to attract some upset Hillary supporters? Talking about no experience...she has to be the scariest pick Johnny could have made - particularly since he could keel over anyday. Hello...she's been leading a town of 9,000 followed by a short stint as the governor of some caribou. Lovely. I really hope this doesn't pan out for him. I would say that I don't see how it could - that the people of America are smarter than this - but then I remember that the people of America re-elected George Bush.

Anyway, onto brighter things! We bought a 52 inch LCD today....we've been a bit behind on getting one for the living room like the rest of America. Have one in the bedroom...but only today got the one for the living room. It's sweet.

*yawn*
